Before we get to the Design Team inspiration, I have a sad announcement to make. Angela has stepped down from the team. Angela has been on my team for 4 years, she joined me in 2010 around the time that TMS turned 1. Wow! It's amazing how time flies. I wish Angela the very best as she takes this time to spend with her family. I'm sure we'll still see her around.
