And the favorites are....

Hello and happy Monday!  I want to thank you for the prayers and kind comments that were sent.  My biological father passed way last Monday afternoon.  But Debbie's husband is on the mend and for that, we are truly thankful to you.

Only 10 shopping days left before Christmas.  Are you all ready?  I haven't done a thing - but I don't think we're going to exchange gifts this year.  We may just do something special - we want an experience, not a gift.  Of course, practicing social responsibility.

Our favorites this week...  Only have 9 players, it's really hard to pick just one.  Every single card was absolutely beautiful and very special.  We just thank you for joining us.  I know with the holidays quickly approaching it's hard to join in the challenges.  We're not going to name favorites this time - you're all a favorite.  But I would like to do a shout out or two...

To Donna W - she's been faithful TMS player for years and we appreciate her cards every week.  We like this one because it's nice to be reminded we can make other cards during the holiday season!  LOL

To Laurie - what a gorgeous card!  She reminded us of a really fun technique to emboss a stamp into a thick, hot layer of melted embossing powder which looks like embossed metal!

Have a great Monday and we'll see you back here tomorrow for the last.... yes, I said, last sketch of 2020.  You know what that means, right?  Our Annual Anything Goes challenge is coming!

  1. Sorry to hear that your biological father passed away Melissa. Great news that Debbie's husband is on the mend and may he continue to improve.
What a good idea for Christmas this year. Hope you have a lovely time whatever you decide upon.
I will possibly be able to join in the challenge starting tomorrow but then I am away without my crafting items (we are so fortunate to be able to travel in my country). I'll be back joining in when I'm reunited with my crafty stuff.

  3. So sorry your father passed. Difficult time especially in the holiday season. Thank you for the kind comments. I do look forward to your sketches each week.Hubby and I do not exchange gifts with other. We usually take a trip to the tropics during winter months. Of course that won't happen this winter.
