Good Morning TMS Friends and Happy Memorial Day! Today is the day we remember those who have lost their lives defending our country. As a mom with an active sailor in the US Navy, and as a daughter, granddaughter and niece of former military this holiday isn't about a long weekend for me. My family came home from the wars they served in and my son is in now during peace time, but many family's felt the loss of their service men and women. This holiday is in remembrance of them. Please give a thought to those who sacrificed their life for your freedom.
We thank you all for joining us. This is definitely the time of year when participation falls off because of end school year activities. But for those who could join, we loved your entries!!
