Good Morning TMS friends! We have a great sketch for you this week. It's a little challenging but Debbie, in her great wisdom, has taken all the guess work out of this sketch.
This week we'll be giving away another JoAnn's Park Lane embossing folder.
Now the team made some amazing cards this week. And as I said, Debbie has taken out all the guess work for those strips on the background. When I created this card, I had a die or maybe it was stencil that I saw in mind. It also might be from Taylored Expressions but I honestly can't remember where I saw it.

I used Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics, so the black is 5-3/8" x 4-1/8"
and the floral is 3-7/8" high.
I messed up and ended up with 3 the same, so I have
1", 3/4", 5/8", 1/2", 1/2", 1/2", 1/4", 3/8"
(It will work with 7 strips going down 1/8" each time from 1" down to 1/4".)

Now it's your turn to play along. You honestly don't need to use paper - think scraps or washi tape strips or maybe even ink blending.
Thanks for a fun sketch and for the DT inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed playing with this fun sketch! Beautiful cards Design Team!
