Good Morning!
Are you ready for another great sketch? Well, I don't know how great it is, but my design team sure did make it great. And before I go on, let me say that I love my team! They are so awesome! Theresa did the best she could to organize her own little challenge with this challenge and that was to surprise me with birthday cards. So I get to share a few of my birthday cards with you, too.
First, let's show you the sketch.
I really love this sketch and how the team interpreted it, well, let's say they never cease to amaze me! They are truly wonderful!!
First up is my beautiful birthday card from my sister. This is so pretty and in my favorite color - purple. The stamp is a CTMH stamp set and she put this beautiful bouquet together. Guess she hasn't forgotten how to do a bit flower arranging from our growing up years in our mother's flower shop! Thank you Theresa!
This adorable card is from Joni and she used the digi that was offered free during the Anyaversary celebration. Isn't he cute! I love this card, so festive, so happy, so colorful! Joni flipped the sketch and it looks fabulous. Thank you!!
And this gorgeous birthday card is from Rose. One word comes to mind when I look at this card... stunning! The colors are so wonderful and the overall design is just perfect. Great job Rose, thank you!
Now Tammy is taking us from birthday celebration to being Thankful. This card says Autumn in it's many great colors! She used Navajo Anya and she's colored perfectly. The pumpkins and the paper work so well with this new cutie.
And finally me. Our sponsor this week is Modern Sugar Blvd., so I used their Our Merry House digi stamp. This is in the Around the Town collection which is one of my favorite lines in their store. I used my sketch to create a 6x6 recipe card. What a cool gift to create a very personalized (can't get anymore personal than stamping it yourself) cookbook as a house-warming or shower gift. I love recipes, I love cookbooks - both more than I love to cook.
Here is the inside view of the card where the recipe for yummy Moist Banana Muffins is hiding. I had to laugh... do you see on the right side of the ingredients list? It says 3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional). Haha! Since when is chocolate optional?!!
I hope you enjoyed the team's line-up. We cannot wait to see what you make! Be sure you link your creation in Mr. Linky directly to your blog post or online gallery and leave a comment.
Have fun!
