Good Morning! Happy Tuesday! We have a very nice sketch to work with this week and an even nicer sponsor. Stef of Glitterbabe's Art Shop is with us this week and I want to thank her for giving me and my team some great images to use.
Before I show you this week's sketch, I just want to take a minute to thank Genetta, our April Guest Designer for being such an awesome Guest Designer. I really enjoyed seeing her creations every week and I hope that we'll continue to see many wonderful things coming from her! And since this is the first challenge for May, we have a new Monthly Guest Designer - please welcome Janice Coble to the team!
Here's the sketch we are working with...
I had actually designed this sketch when I was on the MyGrafico Challenge Blog design team a while back. I thought it would be nice to recycle the sketch here for my blog. Let's see what the team did with it...
Up first we have a beautiful card from our Featured Stamper, Michelle. The image she used is from Mo Manning and her card is simply adorable.
This lovely card is from our Guest Designer, Janice. I love all the attention to the details she puts into her cards and this one is no exception. The colors are just wonderful.
This cute card using a Glitterbabe's image is from Angela and I like how she flipped the sketch and the paper she chose is perfect for that cute dragon.
This is Theresa's bright and cheery card using a freebie on Glitterbabe's site. The colors are so happy and the flower just pops!
This glittery and magical card is from Jessica. I don't know if I shared that unicorns are one of my favorite things. I used to collect them as a kid, so when Jessica sent me this card it captured a piece of my heart.
Oh and we Lava You, Gabby! This very groovy card from Gabby is fun and happy and oh so retro! Love it!!
There isn't a card from our Jr. DT member, Hollyanne this week. She had too much homework to do. I know, I still such a mom!
But speaking of my daughter, I made this card with her in mind. I used the beautiful set from Glitterbabe to create this card. I colored it to resemble her costume she's wearing for the ballet number in recital.
Wonderful eye candy and very inspirational! Now it's your turn. I can't wait to see what you do with the sketch, so be sure to come back here and link it up. Please leave us a comment, too. We love hearing from our readers/challengers.
